About this work
Gregory Doran's first production as RSC artistic director cast David Tennant as a vain, fragile Richard II, alongside Michael Pennington and Oliver Ford Davies. The production was filmed live in Stratford in 2013 before a London run at the Barbican. It can be watched at home by subscribing to Marquee TV.
نخستین کار گرگوری دوران در مقام مدیر هنری کمپانی سلطنتی شکسپیر، دیوید تننت را در نقش ریچارد دومِ خودپسند و شکننده نشان می‌دهد و مایکل پنینگتون و الیور فورد دیویس نیز در آن بازی می‌کنند. این اجرا در ۲۰۱۳ در استراتفورد به‌صورت زنده ضبط شد و سپس در باربیکن لندن روی صحنه رفت. با اشتراک در Marquee TV می‌توان آن را در خانه تماشا کرد.
