1. Our Use of Photographs & Media
Owrang Institute photographs, films, and records its events, performances, classes, and interviews for non-commercial educational, archival, and promotional purposes. These materials may appear on our website, social media channels, newsletters, and printed publications.
موسسه اورنگ از رویدادها، اجراها، کلاسها و مصاحبههای خود برای اهداف آموزشی، آرشیوی و تبلیغاتی غیرتجاری عکس و فیلم تهیه میکند. این مواد ممکن است در وبسایت، شبکههای اجتماعی، خبرنامهها و انتشارات چاپی ما منتشر شوند.
2. Consent at Public Events / رضایت در رویدادهای عمومی
By attending an Owrang event, performance, or class, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place. Participation in interviews, on-stage activities, or volunteer roles constitutes implied consent for use of recorded materials in Owrang’s promotional and archival work.
با حضور در رویدادها، اجراها یا کلاسهای اورنگ، شما تأیید میکنید که عکاسی و فیلمبرداری ممکن است انجام شود. شرکت در مصاحبهها، فعالیتهای روی صحنه یا نقشهای داوطلبانه، رضایت تلویحی برای استفاده از مواد ضبطشده در کارهای تبلیغاتی و آرشیوی اورنگ محسوب میشود.
3. Performers & Volunteers / هنرمندان و داوطلبان
Performers, artists, and volunteers participating in Owrang productions are typically asked to sign a Photo/Video Release Form. If you have performed at an Owrang event without signing such a form and wish to clarify your consent status, please contact us.
از هنرمندان، هنرپیشگان و داوطلبانی که در تولیدات اورنگ شرکت میکنند، معمولاً خواسته میشود فرم رضایتنامهی عکس/ویدیو را امضا کنند. اگر در رویدادی از اورنگ بدون امضای چنین فرمی شرکت کردهاید و میخواهید وضعیت رضایت خود را روشن کنید، لطفاً با ما تماس بگیرید.
4. Children & Minors / کودکان و افراد زیر سن قانونی
Photographs of minors are used only with parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to request the removal of an image of your child, please contact us immediately.
عکسهای افراد زیر سن قانونی فقط با رضایت والدین یا قیم استفاده میشوند. اگر والد یا قیم هستید و میخواهید درخواست حذف تصویر فرزند خود را بدهید، لطفاً فوراً با ما تماس بگیرید.
5. Removal Request / درخواست حذف — Important
If you appear in any photograph, video, or interview published by Owrang and wish for the content to be removed or modified, we will honor your request promptly. There is no cost or burden to you.
اگر در عکس، فیلم یا مصاحبهای که توسط اورنگ منتشر شده ظاهر شدهاید و تمایل به حذف یا تغییر آن دارید، ما به سرعت درخواست شما را اجابت خواهیم کرد. این کار هیچ هزینه یا زحمتی برای شما ندارد.
6. How to Request Removal / چگونه درخواست حذف بدهید
Send an email to info@owranginstitute.com with:
- Your name
- The URL or location of the image/video
- A brief description identifying which person you are
- Reason for removal (optional)
We will respond within 5 business days and remove the content as quickly as possible.
به نشانی info@owranginstitute.com ایمیل بفرستید با اطلاعات زیر:
- نام شما
- آدرس URL یا محل تصویر/ویدیو
- توضیح مختصر برای شناسایی شما در تصویر
- دلیل درخواست حذف (اختیاری)
ظرف ۵ روز کاری پاسخ میدهیم و محتوا را در سریعترین زمان ممکن حذف میکنیم.
7. Commercial Use / استفادهی تجاری
Owrang Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Photographs and media are used solely for educational, cultural, and promotional purposes related to our mission. We do not sell or license images of individuals for commercial purposes.
موسسه اورنگ یک سازمان غیرانتفاعی ۵۰۱(c)(۳) است. عکسها و رسانهها فقط برای اهداف آموزشی، فرهنگی و تبلیغاتی مرتبط با ماموریت ما استفاده میشوند. ما عکسهای افراد را برای اهداف تجاری نمیفروشیم یا واگذار نمیکنیم.
8. Third-Party Sharing / اشتراک با اشخاص ثالث
We do not sell, trade, or transfer photographs or videos containing identifiable individuals to third parties. Materials may appear on Owrang-affiliated channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) which are governed by their own platform terms.
ما عکسها یا ویدیوهای حاوی افراد قابل شناسایی را به اشخاص ثالث نمیفروشیم، مبادله نمیکنیم یا انتقال نمیدهیم. مواد ممکن است در کانالهای وابسته به اورنگ (اینستاگرام، یوتیوب، فیسبوک) منتشر شوند که تابع شرایط پلتفرم خود هستند.
9. Updates / بهروزرسانی
This policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available at this URL.
این سیاست ممکن است بهصورت دورهای بهروزرسانی شود. آخرین نسخه همیشه در همین صفحه در دسترس خواهد بود.
