General

• All service requests are subject to review and acceptance by Owrang Institute.
• Services commence only after written confirmation and receipt of payment.
• Up to 5 revisions are included per project unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

• Initial concepts and designs remain Owrang’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, all rights transfer to the client.
• Unauthorized use of Owrang’s work gives the Institute the right to claim damages.

Tickets & Events

• Ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Owrang.
• In case of cancellation, full refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

Membership

• Memberships are annual and non-transferable.
• Member discounts apply only to the registered member.
• Owrang reserves the right to revoke membership for misuse.

Books & Publications

• Print copies are shipped within 5–10 business days of order confirmation.
• Digital downloads (PDF, FlipBook) are delivered immediately upon purchase.
• Defective print copies may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

Owrang Institute is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law.

Tax Deductibility

• No goods or services were provided in exchange for monetary donations, unless explicitly stated.
• Sponsors receiving event tickets, recognition placements, or other benefits will be advised of the fair market value of those benefits for tax purposes.

Sponsorship Terms

• Sponsorship recognition benefits (logo placement, social media mentions, program acknowledgments) are subject to event scheduling and editorial discretion.
• Sponsorships are non-refundable once recognition activities have commenced.
• In-kind sponsorships and custom partnerships require a separate written agreement.
• Owrang reserves the right to decline sponsorships from organizations whose values conflict with our mission.

Donations

• All donations are final and non-refundable.
• Donation receipts are issued automatically via email at the time of contribution.
• For donations of $250 or more, an official acknowledgment letter will be provided as required by IRS regulations.

This Privacy Policy and all Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California.
