Owrang Institute of Arts and Culture is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Sacramento, California.

- You confirm that you are the sole owner of all submitted content.
- No AI-generated content is permitted.
- Content must comply with California state law.
3. Service Agreement / توافق خدمات
- All requests are subject to review and acceptance.
- Services commence only after written confirmation and payment.
⚠️ Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Confidentiality / محرمانه بودن
- Owrang treats all submitted manuscripts as strictly confidential.
- We will not share or publish your work without written consent.
5. Design & Creative Work / طراحی
- Initial concepts remain Owrang’s property until full payment.
- Up to 2 rounds of pre-approval revisions included.
- Additional rounds: $50 per round.
- Post-approval revisions: $25 per submission.
6. Privacy / حریم خصوصی

7. Governing Law / قانون حاکم
This agreement is governed by California state law. Disputes will be resolved through mediation before litigation.
