One Thousand and One Nights is a classic collection of stories in the Arabic literary tradition. This particular tale, titled Hesham and the Child, concerns the story of Hesham and a child within the broader narrative of Arab rule over Andalusia. The text presented here is part of the edition prepared by Molla Abdollatif Tasooji.
