About this work

This is an academic article presenting a descriptive and correlational study that examines the relationship between repetitive negative thinking and emotional disorders. The study investigates how repetitive negative thinking contributes to the development and severity of a range of emotional disorders, which are understood as arising when emotions deviate from their normal course. The research situates repetitive negative thinking within a broader set of transdiagnostic factors, including perfectionism, emotional dysregulation, rumination, and insomnia, that are thought to drive such disorders.

مقدمه: اختلالات هیجانی که تا حد زیادی در نتیجۀ انحراف هیجان‌ها از مسیر بهنجارشان بروز می‌کنند می‌توانند تحت تأثیر عوامل فراتشخیصی‌ای همچون، کمال‌گرایی، بدتنظیمی هیجانی، نشخوار فکری، بی‌خوابی و همچنین افکار تکرارشونده منفی بروز و توسعه یابند. از این رو مطالعه حاضر در نظر داشت تا سهم افکار تکرار شونده منفی را در پیش‌بینی طیفی از اختلالات هیجانی مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد. روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی می‌باشد. جهت بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش مبنی بر وجود همبستگی میان افکار تکرارشونده منفی و شدت...
