این مقاله پژوهشی به بررسی فعالیتهای نوآوری در مراقبتهای اولیه سوئد و شرایط سازمانی مؤثر بر آن میپردازد. پژوهشگران با استفاده از یک نظرسنجی ترکیبی در سطح ملی، دیدگاه مدیران مراکز مراقبت اولیه را درباره انواع نوآوریها و عوامل زمینهای تسهیلکننده یا بازدارنده آنها بررسی کردهاند. محور اصلی مطالعه این است که مدیران بهداشتی نقش کلیدی در تبدیل سیاستهای نوآورانه به عمل دارند و شرایط سازمانی که آنها میسازند بر چگونگی پیشبرد نوآوری تأثیر مستقیم میگذارد. این پژوهش برای سیاستگذاران و مدیران حوزه بهداشت که به دنبال بهبود نظام مراقبتهای اولیه هستند اهمیت دارد.
