About this work
The Story of an Exhibition is a theatrical retrospective on Iranian music and the role and influence of women singers. It revisits and performs landmark songs while reconstructing on stage the historical and social context in which they were created; a translation of the script is projected throughout. Cast: Sadegh Hatefi and Manijeh Golchin. Performed in several cities between 2018 and 2020.
«ماجرای نمایشگاه» مروری نمایشی بر موسیقی ایران و نقش و تأثیر زنان خواننده است: نمایشی که هم ترانه‌های ماندگار را دوباره اجرا می‌کند و هم فضای تاریخی و اجتماعی‌ای را که این ترانه‌ها در آن پدید آمدند به صحنه بازمی‌سازد. متن ترجمه‌شده در طول اجرا روی پرده نمایش داده می‌شود. بازیگران: صادق هاتفی و منیژه گلچین. اجرا در چند شهر از ۲۰۱۸ تا ۲۰۲۰.
