About this work

A collection of lyric poems by Mowlavi, the thirteenth century Persian mystic and Islamic scholar. These verses express the spiritual longing and devotion characteristic of Sufi poetry, exploring themes of divine love and the soul's yearning for union with the divine. The poems are composed in the ghazal form, a classical Persian verse structure in which each couplet stands independently while contributing to an overall meditation on transcendence and inner transformation. This work represents a central tradition of Persian mystical literature and reflects the religious and philosophical worldview of its author.
