Chook Fiction Monthly, No. 182

Chok is an independent monthly electronic journal of Iranian narrative fiction, edited by Mahdi Rezaei and first published in September 2010. Founded by a group of young literature enthusiasts rather than any institutional body, the journal continues to publish work in Persian fiction, including original stories, translated fiction, critical essays, and reviews. Issue 147 features Persian narrative fiction, translated stories, and critical pieces on works such as the novel "Raz" and a book on the legend of Zal and Rudaba.
