Statements of the National Front of Iran (2014)

I have been given text in Persian that appears to be a dedication or acknowledgment mentioning a family, a person named Dr. Ali Raasakh Afshar, and his role in the organizational structure of the National Front of Iran. However, this fragment alone does not provide enough information about what work is being described, its form, subject, or content to write a proper summary according to the guidelines.
