Qualitative Analysis of Principles of Documenting the Organizational Experiences of University Directors

This article presents a qualitative analysis of principles for documenting the experiences of university presidents. Drawing on interviews with experts, the author designs a framework and practical methodology for the process of documenting, evaluating, and disseminating such experiences. The proposed structure integrates approaches from knowledge management, strategic management, quality management, performance evaluation management, and information technology management, alongside techniques including case writing, memoir writing, lectures, and film production. The framework is grounded in the concept of the learning organization.
