About this work
This study investigates the effectiveness of a training program designed to improve mood metacognition among secondary school female students in Buraydah, Qassim region, Saudi Arabia, and examines its impact on their academic performance. The primary sample comprised 329 secondary school students from Buraydah, while the experimental sample consisted of 8 students selected from the lowest quartile on the mood metacognition trait scale used in the study, who had average or low academic levels.
