About this work
Kiarostami interviews schoolchildren and a few fathers at a Tehran primary school about homework, punishment and encouragement. Through the children's candid answers, the film builds a quiet portrait of the education system and family life in the late 1980s.
کیارستمی با دوربینی ساده در یک مدرسهٔ ابتدایی تهران از کودکان و چند پدر دربارهٔ تکالیف شب، تنبیه و تشویق پرسش می‌کند. فیلم از خلال پاسخ‌های صادقانهٔ بچه‌ها تصویری از نظام آموزشی و زندگی خانوادگی در سال‌های پایانی جنگ ارائه می‌دهد.
