این اثر یک برگ قرآنی است که در قرن نهم میلادی به خط کوفی نوشته شده و ابعاد سطح نوشتاری آن ۱۲ در ۸ سانتیمتر است. متن شامل آیاتی از سوره فاطر است؛ سورهای که به رازها و نیروهای آفرینش، فرشتگان نگهبان هستی، و وعده بهشت برای مؤمنان و دوزخ برای کافران میپردازد. آیهای که در این برگ آمده بر احاطه علم الهی بر پنهانهای آسمانها، زمین و دلهای آدمیان تأکید دارد. نیکوکاری و امید نیز از مضامین این سورهاند.
