Methods of Conveying Rumi's Didactic Concepts in the Ney-Nameh with Reference to Text Cohesion Elements and the Images of the Illustrated Manuscript Preserved in the Walters Art Museum, Baltimore, USA

This is a research article examining the Masnavi of Rumi, one of the major classical works of Dari Persian literature. The article investigates how Rumi's characteristic use of visual imagery within his poetry shapes the transmission of moral and instructional concepts. As a case study, the research draws on one of the rare illustrated manuscripts of the Masnavi, held at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore, treating it as a singular example for measuring the relationship between visual representation and the didactic content of the work. The study follows a descriptive methodology.
