این اثر یک نسخهٔ خطی فارسی است که در محلهٔ پیر رمضان غازی در ملتان، پاکستان کتابت شده است. کاتب آن غلام نبی، فرزند میان عبدالغفور، بوده است. متن با جوهر سیاه و عناوین بخشها با جوهر قرمز نوشته شده و خط نستعلیق دارد. صفحهآرایی شامل یک عنوانبندی کوچک با رنگهای قرمز، سبز، طلایی و مشکی است. نسخه در مجموعهٔ کتابخانهٔ کنگره نگهداری میشود و جلد قرمز هندی معاصر دارد. محتوای متن از منبع مشخص نشده است.
