این مقاله گزارش یک پژوهش کیفی است که در سال ۲۰۲۰ در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی سقز انجام شده است. پژوهشگران با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و نمونهگیری هدفمند، ۲۴ دانشجو را مورد مطالعه قرار دادند تا دریابند چرا دانشجویان گروههای درسی تلگرام را ترک میکنند و چه عواملی میتواند آنها را به ماندن در این گروهها ترغیب کند. دادهها با نرمافزار Nvivo تحلیل شدهاند. این پژوهش برای کسانی که با آموزش آنلاین و مدیریت گروههای مجازی دانشجویی سروکار دارند میتواند مفید باشد.
