About this work

Modabber, a narrator of television documentaries, spots his wife Kian in a shot of documentary footage, riding in a stranger's car, and with the help of the director and editor he tracks down the man, an antique dealer named Haghnegar. The woman turns out to be Vida, Kian's twin sister and Haghnegar's wife, and the encounter leads Kian to uncover a secret from her childhood and her separation from her birth family. Susan Taslimi plays Kian, Vida and their mother; the film was first shown at the sixth Fajr Film Festival in early 1988.
