Mohammad Baqer Mirza Khosravi, known as Khosravi Kermanshahi, was a Qajar prince and prominent figure in Qajar administrative and literary circles. Beyond his work as a scribe, secretary, and administrator for various governors of Kermanshah and Fars and various state institutions in Qajar-era Kermanshah, he possessed considerable knowledge and moral and scholarly virtues. His standing as a notable Qajar prince and his awareness of Iranian and world affairs positioned him within the modern transformations of Qajar-era Iranian history in Kermanshah.
