About this work
An open-air live performance of the Nava dastgah at the 1977 Shiraz Arts Festival, sung by Parisa with the Center for Preservation and Propagation of Iranian Music ensemble led by Hossein Alizadeh. CBS issued the cassette with the Center; it includes pieces by Saba and a chaharmezrab by the young Parviz Meshkatian. It is among the last dastgah concerts at the festival before the revolution.
اجرای زندهٔ دستگاه نوا در فضای باز جشن هنر شیراز ۱۳۵۶ با آواز پریسا و گروه مرکز حفظ و اشاعهٔ موسیقی ایرانی به سرپرستی حسین علیزاده. نوار آن را CBS با همکاری مرکز منتشر کرد و در آن قطعه‌هایی از صبا و چهارمضرابی از پرویز مشکاتیانِ جوان آمده است. این کنسرت از آخرین نمونه‌های موسیقی دستگاهی در جشن هنر پیش از انقلاب است.
