About this work

A citywide audio walk in which a group of around fifty participants wearing headphones is guided by a synthetic voice through streets, stations and buildings, turning the city itself into the stage. The piece reflects on herd behaviour, decision-making and our relationship with technology. First seen in Berlin in 2013, it has been adapted with new routes for many cities, including New York, Los Angeles, Taipei and Bremen.
