About this work
The residents of a run-down apartment block on the edge of Tehran are stuck with a careless manager, Abbas, who refuses to make repairs. Small leaks and cracks, neighbours' quarrels and a dispute over the building's inheritance escalate into real danger in a comedy that became one of the biggest box-office hits in Iranian film history.
