About this work
Based on a real case: Hossein Sabzian, who posed as director Mohsen Makhmalbaf, stands trial for deceiving a Tehran family. Kiarostami films the trial and has the real participants re-enact events, questioning the line between fiction and documentary.
بر پایهٔ ماجرایی واقعی: حسین سبزیان که خود را محسن مخملباف جا زده بود، به اتهام فریب یک خانوادهٔ تهرانی محاکمه می‌شود. کیارستمی با حضور خودِ آدم‌های واقعی ماجرا، دادگاه را مستند و رویدادها را بازسازی می‌کند و مرز داستان و واقعیت را به پرسش می‌گیرد.
