Iranian Courtroom Cinema and the Method of Representing Crime and (Social) Harm: An Expert Perspective

This is a qualitative, applied research study examining how Iranian courtroom cinema represents crime and harm. Through unstructured in-depth interviews with sixteen specialists across psychology, sociology, law, communications, and film, the study explores the role and methods of representation in courtroom films while explaining their significance within media management and established communication patterns. The research considers how cinema addresses audiences within structured communicative frameworks.
