قانون بنیادی هوش مصنوعی تایوان، مجموعهای از بیست ماده است که در دسامبر ۲۰۲۵ توسط مجلس قانونگذاری تایوان تصویب شد و در ژانویه ۲۰۲۶ اجرایی گردید. این قانون، هوش مصنوعی را بهعنوان سیستمی تعریف میکند که میتواند بهصورت خودمختار کار کند و از طریق یادگیری ماشینی و الگوریتمها، پیشبینیها، محتوا، توصیهها یا تصمیمات تولید کند که بر فعالیتهای فیزیکی یا مجازی تأثیر میگذارند. این قانون چارچوبی را برای مقرراتگذاری در حوزه هوش مصنوعی در تایوان ایجاد میکند.
