Ability of theme and form in Hossein Manzavi's lyric poems in comparison with similar themes in Khamseh Nezami drawings

This is a scholarly article that examines the themes of despair and hope in the contemporary Persian poetry of Hossein Monzavi, a poet recognized for his political and social thought and for his role in developing the new ghazal form. Using a descriptive and analytical method drawn from library sources, the article explores how Monzavi's poems reflect his political and social outlook in response to historical events. Its findings indicate that despair and hope are prominent themes throughout his political verse.
