Program Participation and Media Consent / شرایط شرکت در برنامه و رضایت رسانه‌ای

Owrang classes are offered free of charge as part of an artistic and cultural program. Each course concludes with a final project or performance. By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

You will complete the course and take part in the final project or performance.
Owrang Institute may photograph, record and live-stream classes, rehearsals and final performances, and may publish this material on the Owrang website, social media, podcast, newsletter and partner platforms for cultural, educational and promotional purposes.
This permission is permanent, and no further consent will be requested for future republication.
No payment will be made for the use of your image or recorded performance.
Owrang Institute may publish and display work created by students during the course, with credit given to the student as its creator.
You accept responsibility for accidents that may occur during ordinary class activities and release Owrang Institute from any claims arising from them.
Applicants for Acting and Theater commit to participating in Owrang productions.
Applicants for Digital Media Skills agree to keep all Owrang audio and video files confidential and not to share them.
For applicants under 18, a parent or legal guardian gives this consent on their behalf.

کلاس‌های اورنگ بخشی از یک برنامه هنری و فرهنگی هستند و رایگان ارائه می‌شوند. هر دوره با یک پروژه یا اجرای پایانی به پایان می‌رسد. با ارسال این درخواست، موارد زیر را می‌پذیرید:

دوره را تا پایان ادامه می‌دهید و در پروژه یا اجرای پایانی شرکت می‌کنید.
موسسه اورنگ می‌تواند از کلاس‌ها، تمرین‌ها و اجراهای پایانی عکس و فیلم تهیه کند و پخش زنده داشته باشد، و این مواد را برای اهداف فرهنگی، آموزشی و معرفی برنامه‌ها در وبسایت، شبکه‌های اجتماعی، پادکست، نشریه و رسانه‌های همکار منتشر کند.
این اجازه دائمی است و برای انتشار مجدد، رضایت تازه‌ای درخواست نخواهد شد.
بابت استفاده از تصویر یا اجرای ضبط‌شده شما، هیچ پرداختی انجام نمی‌شود.
موسسه اورنگ می‌تواند آثاری را که هنرجویان در طول دوره تولید می‌کنند منتشر و ارائه کند، با ذکر نام هنرجو به عنوان خالق اثر.
مسئولیت حوادث احتمالی در جریان فعالیت‌های عادی کلاس را می‌پذیرید و موسسه اورنگ را از هرگونه ادعای ناشی از آن مبرا می‌کنید.
متقاضیان بازیگری و تئاتر متعهد به شرکت در اجراهای اورنگ هستند.
متقاضیان مهارت‌های رسانه دیجیتال متعهد می‌شوند تمام فایل‌های صوتی و تصویری اورنگ را محرمانه نگه دارند و با کسی به اشتراک نگذارند.
برای متقاضیان زیر ۱۸ سال، ولی یا سرپرست قانونی این رضایت را از طرف او اعلام می‌کند.
